Blend of grapes: 100% Spoletino.

System of growing:Spurred cordon. 20 years old vines.

Vine density: 4.000 vines per hectare.

Yield per hectare: 50 hl/HA (8 tons)

Type of soil: Clay and calcareous soil. South exposition.

Harvest: Hand-harvested at mid October.

Production policies: Three months in steel. Natural decanting.

Yellow fruits, almond flowers and hints of hazelnuts.

Long finish supported by the great acidity of the Trebbiano Spoletino grape. Accurate and representative of the area.

Combinations: Good as aperitif, we reccomend the Panzanella umbra. Great with grilled fish.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C (50-54 °F)

Bottle size: 750 ml.

Aging potential: 5 years.

Although hard to find Montefalco Bianco is a great option to Orvieto. It is a full-bodied one, with a bouquet of white peach, flowers and lime. It tastes good with chicken, turkey and goose.
